Scope of works
Morrisroe Group acquired the 7000 sqft building next door inline with their expansion. We created a link corridor at ground floor level and an opening at 1st and 2nd floor level to join both units. We completely refurbished the new unit, with continuity to the previous design completed in 2007. We added to the power and data to accommodate a large number of new offices and open plan areas. The new unit allowed for additional tea-points and breakout areas, and a 26 seat boardroom.
